Uttar Pradesh : Meerut – An shocking incident came from the Meerut City where an army officer beaten by Toll plaza workers.
What exactly Happened?
This is the incident of 17-18 August 2025. The Army office Named Kapil Kadav was going to Shrinagar for his duty after spending his holidays. Kapil was on his way to Delhi to catch the flight of Srinagar for his duty.
Kapil reached the Bhuni toll plaza which is in Meerut – Karnal highway. There was a long line of Vehicles. And Kapil was in rush because he had to join his duty on time. So he requested to the toll plaza workers to let him go first.
But Instead of helping him, they started the argument with him. Soon the argument turned into physical violence. Those workers tied Kapil to the pole and beat him very badly. They tied him up the whole night on the pole. Whole incident was captured on CCTV Camera.
Strict Action taken by police
- Police arrest all the 8-10 accused very quickly.
- NHAI fined the toll agency Rs. 20 lakhs fine.
- NHRC took sou moto action and asked the local authority to submit report within 2 weeks.
Kapil is at the hospital right now. He is fine. But he injured very badly. This incident create huge anger in people that how can anyone beat the solider.
