The Food and Drug Administration of Uttar Pradesh collected samples of Coldriff Cough Syrup from different pharmacies and hospitals. These samples will now go to the Central Drug Testing Laboratories where they will be tested.

Statement of Uttar Pradesh Government

3. District magistrates and health officers have been ordered to make sure this product is not available in any pharmacy.
4. The government requested the Central Drug Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) to keep a close watch on this investigation.
